This is an interesting battle. My preference is totally fanboy based as I don't want Sony to win.

On top of that, I'm just in no hurry to pick a side.

I think in the future soon both will be irrelevant as direct downloads become the real deal, and you carry your library in an iPod or Zune.

Dunno who's going to win, but Sony's looking like the winner for the most part.

Media companies should be looking more towards making media stores like steams and supplying stable miniature storage devices.

I don't want standard DVD player to be gone in the future.

damn it! im getting used to this new Fangled DVD thing when all the sudden: Bam! HDDVD and Blu-Ray! what the hell! I don't want to buy all my DVD's again for a new format! Long live the DVD!
