I notice everything closes earily in Chinatown.

That's like the total opposite of shops in HK. Over there, a lot of shops seem to open late and close late. Most people seem to be late-risers and late-sleepers. That entire building full of toy shops I love to go to is like a ghost town if I go there in the morning. But it's damn busy when it's the late-afternoon towards the evening.

Also, something very creepy happened to me today. I went to FMP after and passed by Toys2, which was also just closing. I see the guy smiling while locking his door, which was the first time I saw any form of emotion from him. The creepy part was that he turned and saw me. I braced myself for a stare off, but he gave me direct eye contact and smiled at me :sly:

Saw the Toys2 guy at FanExpo and he was laughing/smiling... he was talking on the phone though. Nonetheless, even though I don't get such treatment as you, he seems a lot more "happier" ever since we started talking about him behind his back on HJU. Heh, maybe he read our posts.. :O_O:

Afterall, he's got a laptop behind the counter and it's not like there's much to do at the shop when he's not packing Hot Toys products to ship out to their online customers.

Maybe it's because he got a full night's sleep or made a lot of money the day before?

Because the day before, he seemed...out of it, like he didn't wanna be there. Then again, considering how busy it was on Saturday, I can't blame him.:laugh:
