Best Chinese Restaurant in your town

Lustful Butchery

Throwing Some Justice!
I have to say this place called Double Dragon Buffet. They offer a phenomenal buffet, which includes all you can eat crab legs for dinner, prepared meals and a fresh, Mongolian barbecue! It's quick service and consistently good food and service. It's definitely for me a Chinese-lovers dream come true.

What's yours?

HARD WOK BUFFET

(Like you said)There crab legs are ridiculous . all there food is amazing.

The place is beautiful too, well designed and 2 rooms. 1 the big area you walk into, you know with the little tables and glass barriers for privacy. Right next to it, you go up 2 steps to a Room the same size except They have long Tables for big family dinners, business, parties, etc.

it's great there.

There is a place in town called "Yan's Kitchen" that makes awesome dishes. Some Americanized, some more authentic, but all prepared fresh, no buffet.
Also, another place called "Dynesty" serves AWESOME BBQ Duck. YUM.

But the BEST place in town is actually a Vietnamese Pho house, called "Pho Xic-Lo", and it's SO tastey.

Ask kC, I took her there for lunch! BEST spring rolls EVER.

There's a place near the local Food Lion called Hong Kong. It's pretty small, but the food is awesome.

Their sweet and sour chicken is made of win. They cook it a certain way to bring out the flavor.

MMMMM! They are all my faves that's for sure.

But now I want some Xic-Lo. *sadface* I have craved it for the last few days.

There is a fancy resturant called Good Luck Chinese Resturant, they cook all of the ones that were mentioned. Inside, it's really bright, beautiful and but during the weekdays, it gets insanely busy. Best thing though, all the asian waitresses were cute.

Although not in Penticton, Naramata is a village 20 minutes away from where I am and there is an amazing place called China Beach. It's not a smourg but their food is absolutely AMAZING. The chow mein is the absolute best I've ever had.

All of the restaurants in that general area rate relatively the same to me. Especially after going restaurant hunting in Toronto, nothing has tasted the same to me since then.

But I do prefer Sun Hong for it's price point and Eros for its....shall we say... exotic variety.

I've been meaning to try out some of those Japanese Sushi restaurants that have been popping up like jackrabbits lately, but I'm broke from Christmas shopping. It would appear that at least three other people on this board know of my geographic location, so know of any good places?
