Best Chinese Restaurant in your town

Well since I live in San Francisco there are hundreds of chinese restaurants around, I seriously wouldn't know which one is the best.

#1 Chinese, rocks my socks here in Milwaukee. I like them. They've got a simple business model. "We've got a tiny dining room, but that's just for show since no one actually eats in the restaurant. We'll just have any order you can think of done in a maximum of 15 minutes, make it taste better than any other Chinese food in town, and feed two people for three days for under 20 bucks."

Plus they're within a 5 minute bike ride of my house, so I can just place an order, spend five minutes on Facebook, go out to the garage, get my bike, get my bungee net, strap on my helmet, and then by the time I bike over there, my food is done and awesome. Thanks, #1 Chinese, you guys rule!:buttrock:

The best places in Liverpool for Chinese food are the May Sum Buffet Restaurant for buffet food and Mei Mei which is in Chinatown itself if you want to have a proper meal [and I always go there for New Year's Eve dinner for the past few years as well as have the odd meal there]

There is a place in town called "Yan's Kitchen" that makes awesome dishes. Some Americanized, some more authentic, but all prepared fresh, no buffet.
Also, another place called "Dynesty" serves AWESOME BBQ Duck. YUM.

But the BEST place in town is actually a Vietnamese Pho house, called "Pho Xic-Lo", and it's SO tastey.

Ask kC, I took her there for lunch! BEST spring rolls EVER.

It was good!!!!!

The best Chinese place round here is actually down just a few blocks away called New Hong Kong. It's fantastic. Their szechwan tofu is amazing and they recently got spring rolls that are fab. The owner know EVERYBODY. it doesn't matter if you haven't eaten there in over 6 months as soon as you call to order (and we've tried this from different phones before) He knows exactly who you are and what you do for a living. I'm convinced he's a cyborg. But a cyborg that serves you delicious food...

I have nothing wrong with cyborgs who serve delicious food. Just give me delicious food and I am happy.

Where do you suggest we eat when Faded comes back from Seattle, kC?

I don't think I've been to either of those restaurants, the names sound kind of like tourist traps if you ask me. I mostly eat around the Richmond (my neighborhood), the restaurants I like the best are the little hole in the wall places. Thats where you'll find the most authentic chinese food.

they're not exactly tourist traps since they tend to be pretty small and can only seat so many people. tourist traps are places like new asia and the imperial palace, mostly places that advertise by having employees stand at street corners and hand out menues
