I think you missed the idea I was trying to convey. Bat Mite is someone who can alter dimensions. So he's gonna have a moment in the episode where he teams Batman with scooby. It's a homage to the New Scooby Movies where batman and robin teamed up with the Mystery Machine Gang. In other words for fun.
