The character of Sheridan is dead. Andreas Katsulas (who played G'Kar) and Richard Biggs (Dr. Franklin) are both dead. If this does happen, it'll be interesting to see what JMS does about/deals with the absence of these characters/actors.

JMS has already said that Franklin and G'Kar will not be recast. As for Sheridan, it's persumed that he's dead, we really don't know for sure and he could be alive. The story could take place BEFORE he "died" but well after the series (and well after Crusade). There is that window that's been left open for a story to take place in between those times.

Good. To be honest they could probably get away with not doing a Franklin story at all. But it just doesn't seem to be right without G'Kar.
