Aquaman TV Series - "Tempest Key"

Actually his powers sucking IS a decent reason NOT to like a Super Hero. Cause take the powers away, you pretty much have just a regular joe. Aquaman was never one of my fav heroes of the DC universe. He just couldn't do much. Because for him to be useful of ANY kind, not only would the problem have to be near water, but that water would also have to have some aquatic life in it. Otherwise, to put it bluntly, he's just a fish out of water.

Now if he could actually CONTROL water, that would be something...but all he can really do is talk to fish...I mean...come on.

Actually it doesn't... most people just can't handle that it's doing something different from the comics.

Or maybe....it just sucks, and its got nothing to do with being different from the comics. DCAU isn't the same as the comics, and most people like it. Let's put it this way: Mxy has no business going from a 5th dimensional being.....to a freaking foreign exchange student. :P :P :P :P

Isn't the world 3/4ths water? And no, powers sucking is NOT a decent reason to like/dislike a superhero. If you take the powers away from a superhero, you have a hero. ;)

As for "all he can really do is talk to fish"....

He also has superstrength and a limited degree of invulnerability, as well as an extremely heightened sense of sight.

Actually he could control water--at least he could in his 1967 cartoon series. He could form hard water blasts, but in the comics, it was retconned so that Mera had it instead. And the new hand he has that replaced the grappling hook is composed of magical water, but its powers haven't been touched on yet.

Well, I'm going to go 5 years old on this argument and say...I STILL think he's a doo-doo head that talks to fishes. :P

It has been confirmed that the titles for Aquaman TV series will be called.... Mercy Reef. *shudders*

Hmm...I'm not sure about this new series. I'm not too digging on this. I'll have to wait and see.

He was okay on JLU, but it's going to be a while before people stop thinking of Aquaman as the hero who talks to tuna sandwiches. I can see people watching this, but most of them to mock it

Ok, seems like it's pretty confirmed that Passions' Fox, Justin Hartley, is playing as Aquaman.

And Mercy Reef titles is no more. Thanks goodness. Mercy Reef is a terrible titles. So I wonder what's the new titles should be.

I know Justin Hartley from Passions as Fox. He's pretty good actor. So this show should be a good series though.
