Anyone here like Goseiger?

I like it purely because it isn't Shinkenger. On its own merits though it's quite quirky and fun, and I enjoy the characters. I'd take Alata any day over Takeru's whiny emo bullshit, Eri over the Mary Sue Mako, Hyde over the campy, hammy Ryuunosuke and Moune over the spineless Kotoha. I rather liked the Goseiger soundtrack this year too

Goseiger has really grown on me as of late. I wasn't too keen on dumping the Brothers Headders on the first 10 eps. Really, if anything, I was patiently waiting for GoseiKnight. However, when I saw episode 16 and saw Arata beat the brakes off of Dereputa, I was like, "**** the first episode, Alata is the boy now." GoseiKnight came in and made a great impression on me but after that, the show got kinda boring again. It wasn't until, I guess episode 28 or 29 till right now that my interest was peaking again. The elaborate plans of McQueen and Kinggon, Bladerun's plan backfiring on him (hope he gets revived some how), the Super Goseiger armor, GoseiKnight wising up about his mission and Gosei Ultimate. Gosei ain't the best but it's ceratily improved nonetheless. I hope that Goseiger really gets a good last 15-16 episodes.

The fact that Takeru was only Kagemusha was a good thing i like Kaoru Mako was ok Hyde and Ryuunosuke are same in my eyes and Kotoha was my fave female senshi since Urara

Sometimes, I wonder if I'm watching the same show as other people.

Then other times, I realize those people simply have no idea how to describe characters. The only one you got right was Ryuunousuke, and HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THAT WAY.

The rest? You decided you didn't like those characters, so you made up a bunch of bullshit. Takeru NEVER whined. You want whiny and emo? Watch NGE. To be a Mary Sue, you have to be overpowered and the kind of perfect that everyone in-universe sort of worships you--Takeru was more overpowered than anyone else in the show, so that's impossible. And Kotoha threw her heart into being a Shinkenger, her insecurity came from the fact that she wasn't chosen to be one initially, but she NEVER shied from battle.

If you don't like those characters? Fine. But don't attach things to them that aren't true.

alright. after watching these past two episodes, i think i'm starting to change my opinion on goseiger (and alata) :laugh:
