Anyone hate Kamen Rider Kiva?

I dont think I could ever hate show XD
But, Kiva's awesome, love the 2 storylines they went with this year.

The biggest problem with Kiva was that Toei was basically aping Den-O at the beginning in hopes of recapturing that success. If Kiva had been able to stand on it's own and have its own identity from the beginning (No Denlin ... er, Castle Dran and no helpful monsters filling in for the Tarous, no time travel, etc) it would probably have ended up much better than it has.

Then again, with writing as nonsensical as Kiva's I don't think anything could really help much.

I'm a little hesitant to look forward to a great ending since it'll only have 48 episodes, but I'm hoping it won't be as abrupt as Hibiki's ending.

I'm not gonna hold my breath. Toshiki Inoue is a master at introducing brand new stuff when a show has less than five episodes left. Agito, 555 and Hibiki all suffered from rushed ends to some degree ... not a very good track record.

I've enjoyed Kiva very much this past year. I feel it really is on par with Agito.

I'm not picky and bitchy like some. I'd pretty much enjoy whatever you put in front of me.

I enjoy the series for what it is.

I don't hate it, but I find it boring and cheap. And as far as saying it's on par with Agito... That's like saying a steak dinner is on par with eating a turd.

Definitely agree with everything except for the bit about the Arms Monsters, they seem to have a certain vital attribute to the story. It's through them that Wataru was able to get the Zanvat and through them that Otoya was probably able to kill King back in '86.
It's alright and I enjoy watching it but it just feels like the "same ol', same ol'" to me.

I certainly don't get that, especially since it's giving romance a bigger role than any series has before, or at least any in such a long time.
