Anna Paquin (Rogue) to Return for X-Men: First Class?

Could we see the same mutant from the first three films in an upcoming spin-off? At least one actress is up to come back. IGN UK recently spoke with Anna Paquin, who was promoting her HBO series True Blood, and the actress revealed she would like to return as the mutant Rogue for X-Men: First Class.

"Absolutely. Yeah," she told us. "I would hope I could do a little bit more action next time, though. I kind of find it ironic that I did three big action films and did, actually, no action whatsoever. I mean I got some really amazing emotional story moments, but I didn't really get to do the physical stuff."

It was said that the film, which is currently being written by The O.C. creator Josh Schwartz, would feature younger mutant characters like her Rogue along with Colossus, Angel, Jubilee and Shadowcat.

We'll certainly keep you posted on any developments regarding X-Men: First Class as soon as we have more information.

Why would Rogue be in First Class? It's a prequel. She didn't even know she was a mutant until the start of the the first movie. Well ****, let's just flush all continuity out the window. Nobody will notice. :rolleyes2:.

uhh no, I never liked her as rogue. She barely looked like Rogue. Her character was very different to me also.
