70s Spider-man question

In the 70s toku show, did Spidey put on the suit or henshin?

It was hilarious.

He had it in a big bulky braclet and it would open up and you could just... see it fly out of the braclet, then there was another shot of it just being thrown on him, and by that i mean, he was standing there and somebody threw the costum at him and it just landed. More likely tho it was just laid on him and they yanked it off with a string, then reversed that footage.

After that I think it would suddenly actually be on him and zip up.

The Japanese Spidey was definately a trip. :198:
