4Kids is not in the same situation that Saban was. The main reason Disney bought Saban was because of Fox/ABC Family. They only wanted to Buy Fox Family from them, but since Saban was also going through financial issues at that time, they decided to sell the whole thing.

I'm sure 4Kids doesn't have anything that Disney wants to own right now, as most of their stuff are anime dubs where only a few of them are good.

Don't worry. American Kamen Rider has nothing to do with the 4Kids buyout. It's owned by Adness Entertainment and Toei, and CW4Kids only airs the show. When all 40 episodes of Dragon Knight have completed airing, Adness can just go to another network and air it there. Plus when the DVDs of KRDK come out, they won't have to worry a single bit about pulling them off the shelves.

Besides, if 4Kids owned and produced Kamen Rider, it would be Ultraman Tiga all over again.

Also, why the hell would Disney be in any way, shape, or form interested in Kamen Rider when they're cancelling (or at least trying to cancel) Power Rangers?

Think common sense.

Basically. If it wasn't, by this time of the year, we would be getting at least SOMETHING on the next season, but all we've got are reports that crew members have left to do other projects. Nothing else.
