Very true about what you have said.:coolshades:

You're starting to sound like your commentating some kind of match here. 0_O

and features old actors and villains

I'm not too fussed about this, as long as the whole thing makes sense and every episode is interesting and the team has to work for their power-ups items I'll be very happy. No more freakin' cards that appear at the last minute.

Wow, thanks for telling us that...i'm sure no one here could remember that
You missed the point. That Thunderzord sequence was lame - so lame it was made using the toys and not stock footage. Wouldn't mecha changing into past mecha just be crappy CGI? Just as lame.

I prefer CGI to the suitmation zord battles.

Actually, I'd prefer that the zord battles were less frequent. I realize I'm stepping on toes here, but I think they lose their appeal when they happen every single episode. I think maybe it would be better for more two episode arcs.

The point was you were stating the obvious and something that is basically a consensus here

When I was a kid I loved the Thunderzord sequence... I still enjoy it nowadays probably due to that. It's stupid, but I liked the idea of the Zords "powering up" into stronger forms. Even Kamen Rider has done something similar once (Dragredder -> Grandredder, but that was all CG, of course). Although I agree that the modern mecha changing into older ones wouldn't be very interesting...

However, what if each old team got a new header-like(although not necessarily a proper "head") or a add-on mecha to combine with the new team's robot? That seems like an easy way to make new merchandising for the old teams, allow them to "combine" with the new team for the mecha battles and the result probably would be better accepted by the fanbase than Decade's final formrides.

The only possible problem would be if at some point they tried to combine everything into one.
