Evidence Of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 Surfacing Making Official Date Eminent
If there was any plan on the developers keeping Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 a secret, it is definitely now ruined. The first evidence was that ad with the supposed Black Ops 2 release date of November 2012 that was seen on one of Amazon’s French websites, which of course was taken down. Now, there’s the evidence that Activision will be working on the development of the new Call Of Duty series Black Ops 2. This came about after Joystiq, a highly credible video games news site, came across the resume of an employee by the name of Hugo Beyer having listed working on Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 with contract art studio Nerve Software. If you have no idea who Nerve software is, they have done a lot of contract work for Activision in the past including Treyarch’s James Bond’s Quantum Of Solace and interestingly enough, the first Call of Duty: Black Ops.
The other interesting find are all of Activision’s Black Ops domain purchases that include Black Ops 2 all the way to Black Ops 6. Between the obvious intent to protect the brand of the multi-million dollar franchise, the pulled down ad and the resume, there’s no question that the possibility of an official statement will be released very soon.
