The Meg 2: The Trench is the sequel to the 2018 hit movie. The critics destroyed the first film, but it made 530 million dollars. Forty years of shell-shocking adventures with our favorite pizza-loving turtles? That's totally radical! It's incredible to think how far they've come since their humble beginnings as a quirky comic book experiment. I mean, who would've thought that a parody would morph into a cultural phenomenon? It just shows the power of creativity and imagination. And now, with IDW's celebration, we're in for a treat! I can't wait to dive into that massive volume and soak up all the nostalgia and new stories from the talented folks who've brought the Turtles to life over the years. It's like a reunion of sorts, with Eastman and Laird teaming up again for a special cover.
