Queen Cleopatra is a Documentary coming to Netflix Produced by Jada Pinkett Smith. This debate-provoking documentary will be on Netflix this May 10, 2023. Most of our history teachers told us Cleopatra is Macedonian Greek. Some individuals assert that Cleopatra is of Egyptian ethnicity, but Jada Pinkett-Smith’s documentary convinces many that she is Black. However, this documentary offended some Egyptians, who petitioned to cancel its release. Eventually, the documentary was taken down due to allegations of hate speech. Greeks also seem to claim Cleopatra, so they also started their own petitions. Queen Cleopatra is propagandizing that Cleopatra is black because Egypt is in Africa. It interviewed some Black Historians, saying that opinion. The most popular movie portrayal of  Cleopatra was the Portrayal of Elizabeth Taylor back in the 1960s. So this gives many people having this belief that she is white.
