Specifically, claims from Toei about Kamen Rider W episodes. Why don't they just say so?

YouTube doing this is like saying: "Now everyone gets to see what you did wrong!" It's one way of adding insult to injury, but it's not like people who make multiple accounts care.

Third party? That doesn't mean it's from TOEI. The thing just says 3rd party. Which means it could be anyone making these claims.
