No a thread like this doesn't warrant a banning here but I'm in the camp that threads like these shouldn't be made. I mean, first off, no offense to ForeverRed or whomever else but I'm sure most members don't care if another member is taking a extended hiatus. I feel threads like this are a cry for attention and consolation. Second, It's like airing your dirty laundry out for everyone to see when personal issues between members should be resolved amicably and privately. Just my two cents.

You got a point. But I don't mind these threads that much. Everyone wants to feel appreciated and accepted at some point. FR just wanted a little encouragement. One thing I like about HJU is that people arent afraid to seek a little attention when they feel they need it. And HJU members are mostly glad to give a little comfort... mostly

Nope, they only close farewell threads. Intro threads are always welcome.

FR, I never really thought you were a troll, but you do come into Disney era PR threads just to say that Disney sucks. Coming into a thread like that and saying such things is like a big ole "F-U" to people who actually like the show and is slightly disrespectful.
