Would BBC Canada buy characters from my script?

I'm currentley working on a story with my daughter's husband and his boyfriend for our script.

We came up with characters called Universal Lords and Phantom Rider. This is NOT from Doctor Who OR Ghost Rider. These are original characters we invented while taking a shower together.

What I need to know is what would happen if I went to BBC Canada's Headquarters, wearing a dress, and offered them to buy these characters from me for a TV exclusive movie.
