There is SO many I could talk about but, i guess I will start with the Top 3:

1.Hibiki: It's confusing and gets boring after the first min of the show, the only good prat of it was the freaking finisher : death by Drumsticks/Trumpets/Guitars FTW
2.Goseigers: Not mush storyline and plot and when there is, its the last 5 episodes of the season which btw, is pretty good but, why couldn't ALL of it be good?
3. Decade : Too short, the stories for each Kamen Rider is messed up (expect for Den-O's but hey, its already messed after the show had ended and the Den-O Spam Movies began), and the only parts I liked about Decade was Hibiki's World (again Death by Music FTW) and the Last Chapter.

So those are my top 3 and I think you can agree
