hook a brotha up please. I can't remember the last really good anime... Berserk was good. I'm so jaded from anime right now. From the story telling to the loli crap, eh. What DID I watch last... Oh I think I watched that new Guyver anime last. It was alright.

Darker Than Black is one of my favorites. Eyeshield 21 is also another favorite. Some people are bothered by a few things in Galaxy Railways (which mainly are the moving wheels on the space trains when they're in space and the sound of the horn in space), but once you get past them, you'll find that it is a masterpiece. Giant Killing is another amazing recent anime I really enjoyed. I hope that helps.

It's been there for a long time, and sadly it won't be going away any time soon.

The only thing I can really tell you to do...is to keep on trucking. Eventually you may find something you enjoy.

Speaking of which, you should definitely check out some of the Cobra series. If you're not too picky about age, I suggest Space Adventure Cobra - The Movie and the following TV series, both from 1982.

If you're going for something more recent, try out the two OAVs (titled 'The Psychogun' and 'Time Drive' I believe) and then the thirteen episode series that follows that.

Well, that is if you enjoy anime that is centered around pirates and largely takes place in space. Otherwise...just ignore the suggestion.
