Who is the worst Final Fantasy character?

For those of you that have played Final Fantasy, I'm sure that there is one character that you hate so much, you wonder how he was put in the game. For me, there is two: Tidus from Final Fantasy X and Vaan from Final Fantasy XII.

First Tidus, all he does for the entire game is whin about everything. His limit breaks suck ass. The only thing I can give him credit is that he is the only main character in a Final Fantasy game that got laid.

Now Vaan, why is he in the game? He doesn't contribute to anything. His story ends after the first three hours. After that he follows the main group around as their story is told. This wouldn't bother me, if the game didn't make him the strongest character in the game. His stats are the highest among all the other characters, and his Quickening attacks are the coolest to look at. But why didn't they give him a bigger role in the story than just the POV.

Anyway, which Final Fantasy character do you hate the most.

I disagree with Tidus. I like him a lot because he's a nice break from the broody clique of heroes like Cloud and Squall.

The one character I've really grown to despise is Sephiroth. He's just vastly overrated and the only reason he's famous at all is because he killed Aerith. He's the living embodiment of RPG character overkill.

I agree with Sephiroth. The dude obsesses over his mother, that makes him a freakin mama's boy. I can think of plenty of villians from FF and other RPGs that are more bad-ass then him.

Yeah, like Kefka, for example. Yeah, he was a raving loon, but he had personality.

I didn't like Vaan or Penelo for the short while I watched my roomie play FF12.

I also didn't really like Quina from FF9. The thingy Cait Sith sat on..I didn't really like that. I didn't really like Cait Sith either.

I didn't like Barret. I think that's it really...

oh thankgod there are people who don't like either Cloud or Sephiroth LOL I thought I was the only one XD I got verbally bashed last year at a anime event cause i shouted out 'they're gonna have a gay child together!' and then i got thrown out of the anime screening with my friend XD

but besides that Barret is probably the worst character..IMO and seeing as it's only 8:30am in Australia and I'm still asleep I probably not thinking straight with this answer lol

you know who's a cool character? Cid Highwind :laugh: and yeah I'm serious he's like my 2nd face against Zidane(FF9) who's my absolute fave~
