What don't care for String Baron, Mirror Master, or that Psychotic Lip Stick Bitch with the killer vocals, or maybe the Gorma Generals and their really lame S&M Gimp clothes?

Well pretty much. The designs and motifs used for the many of the DaiRanger villans and monsters just don't appeal or make a whole hell of a lot of sense to me. That's not to say I think they're all bad or that I'm hating on DaiRanger. There are a few I do like but just many that I don't think really work. Like you have these cool hero suit designs for a martial arts sentai and you're gonna have your heroes fight goons in tuxedo themed leotards led by, as you said Generals in S&M wear? That's not a slam on the actors or even neccessarily the characters themselves, I'm just talking about their visual design.

I think one of the first thoughts I had looking at the Rinishi in GekiRanger was "Damn, these guys should have been goons for DaiRanger."

I started with Aba. Loved it. :3
Goonger is also a nice strong series so far, loving the wackiness.
