Which is the best & worst secondary kamen rider?

It's actually not so much the design, but the material they make the suits out of in Hibiki.
It's not quite as bad as the plasticky material they use on the mid-torsos of Decade and Double's suits. It makes those sections look pretty cheap and bring the whole suits down a bit. I didn't mind the Hibiki series' suits, though some of the riders in the Hibiki movie had ridiculous ones.
Drake was the best character developed in kabuto but had the worst suit design.
I'd have gone the other way around. I think the suit design is pretty cool; I'd actually rate it higher than Sasword's. But he was pretty one-note. I don't mind the makeup thing (heck, QirinRanger was a beautician and never gets the same complaints for it) but they developed Gon more than him. Yes, it's because the actor was off promoting his album or whatever, but it's a shame still.

The best secondary Riders? Probably G3 and Gills, they more or less solidified the trope. Showa had assistant characters and co-protagonists, but nothing quite like the modern secondary Riders.

The worst... man, can I just pick everybody in Kabuto? Never before has a show so stylish been mostly about the adventures of stupid, unlikable people doing dull, incomprehensible things.

(Well, okay, Faiz totally was that way, too... but in that show it's not specifically the secondary Riders who are so godawful tedious.)

Accel: Hey where's my bad ass bike?
Writers: No you go down on all fours, doggy style. You are the bike.
Accel: What?
Writers: Yes and W gets to mount you on one episode, and you get to interact with the Hardboilder anal style!

You do know he also had a normal bike right?

Saga was a disappointment. He could've been a knight instead of a king. His story stank.

If he had a bike, he would've used his jacoder to transform his bike into his rider form bike. I'd call it "Machine Oroboros".
