Giluke was loyal to the other villains to a point...

Changeman Episode 40: Strange Candy

This episode was actually rather enjoyable. Not one of their greatest, but certainly worth putting into the streamlined episode list.

Personally I think Ghost Giluke trying to eat candy to become stronger is so bizarrely adorable I just can't help but love it.

Changeman Episode 41: Prince of a Dead World

I was actually interested in Icarus. I thought he'd add a new dynamic as the episodes neared the end. I guess not. It's an OK episode, however.

Changeman Episode 42: Sailor Suited Nana

I find myself extremely excited when the next episode preview shows Nana is involved. She's one of the greatest characters in the show.

Changeman Episode 43: Super Giluke and Episode 44: Leave it to Mai.

The first of these two episodes is a great cap to the Nana arc this time around. So Giluke went from being a cyborg, to a ghostly beetle, to a vampire. How come there isn't a pokemon evolution like that?

The second is an odd one for me. I loved the cosplay episode of Gokaiger, but something about Giluke's idea of a Ghost Town being a wild west town is rather offputting.

Really, there's only been one piece of Mai's personality that's been meaningful, and that's the fact that the man she loves is out in space somewhere. Being a cosplay goddess and a biker are not on the same level of character information as everything Sayaka has.

I will concede that Mai has not gotten the depth of characterization that Sayaka has, but she is still very awesome and very kick-ass.
