Don't forget Change Griffon falling in love with the last "angel" who has to resume her mission of spreading her cause of peace and love throughout the galaxy. That's pretty important as well. But yeah, the better episodes do seem to have fallen to the ladies than the dudes. Changeman's kind of funny that way, but I like that kind of funny.

I do like seeing that they have quirks..however, I'd rather see an episode about them growing as characters than an episode devoted to Change Dragon's allergy to seafood.

I agree, naturally. What I really want to see are the episodes that focus on a given pair of members of the team, as that can develop both them and their relationship to one another, best of all worlds in my book.

Episode 27: Gaata's Wish

This episode is pretty awesome... however, do Changeman need glasses? How hard can it be to tell that the alien you've accosted is pink and has breasts?

Well, maybe they just didn't want to assume? After all, when you assume, you make an ass out of you and me.

I can buy a level of paranoia. Somehow, somebody gets a message to EDF that they want to meet Changeman. The meeting happens in the relaxing atmosphere of a resort hotel. Then somebody who looks like an enemy reveals themselves.

However, it shouldn't have taken them a minute and a half to realise that this wasn't the green guy who was singing with Zonos.

Episode 28: Cursed Crayon

Ok...now you're pushing the worldbuilding too far. I can accept angels, cyber ghosts, and Gyodai(actually, I love Gyodai) but blood-infused paintings of destruction? Come on now.

Yeah, this is pretty much just another episode with a silly premise.

I don't hate this episode... but I can't really bring myself to like it either. The only interesting thing is the bond of brotherhood Booba has with Gigara. It's not going in the "Streamlined Changeman" list.

Yeah, there are other episodes with Booba way better than this one.
