Speaking of the movie, since GSL had Hiyori and Kagami in a relationship, if Hiyori had been Kabuto, would the GSL relationship translate to Kabuto and Gatack then?

Seeing as it's the role played by the character and not the character itself, then yeah there would have been a Kabuto/Gatack romance in GSL if Hiyori were Kabuto. Of course the ending would have been tragic for itself as Hiyori would have to forsake her love in order to save both her lover and brother.

Also, any relationship they might had in the series would have been doomed since main characters in KR have only a 10% success rate when it comes to love :laugh:

First of all, this isn't a "What If" thread, this is a "What if certain Female and Male roles were switched" thread. What you posted has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

Well Tendou would have Hiyori's old role, so ... I guess he'd be Kagami's boyfriend :sweat:

Well yeah he'd have Hiyori's old role but from the earlier post, Tendou and Hiyori would keep their own personalities, and Kagami would still probably be attracted to Hiyori anyway. Or maybe not . . . I don't know.

Here's something to think about, if Hiyori was Kabuto, would Dark Kabuto be who he is today or would she be different? Probably the former in my opinion.

It would all depend when the Dark Kabuto mimic Kabuto, if it was before the series started, since Tendou seemed to be a legend around Tokyo as seen on episode 12, then Dark Kabuto would mimic Tendou and think that Kabuto is his sister, if if happens after the series starts, the Worm would mimic Shiyori and go off with Tendou to "the edge of time".

Well going back to my what if Kaoru was the one we knew at episode 1 of Shinkenger, would we still have Hikoma (Jii in case you don't know) around? I mean Tanba was Kaoru's own personal retainer right so would he be the one sticking around?

And if it was Tanba I bet many viewers would be annoyed by the guy from episode 1.

Well, if Kaoru is the Shiba Head, then Tanba would be with her and Jii would be with Takeru, wherever the hell he is in this what if. I guess if Takeru did not exist, Jii would simply be another assistant under Tanba or just another Kuroko.
