It does. Poll is posted around the middle of each month and open for seven days. Gives people about two weeks to download the show in preparation for watching it.

Do you try to seem like a jerk on purpose or do you just never read your posts over to try and instill some tact? I don't think I've ever really seen you participate in this thing, so it strikes me as odd that you would suddenly even care enough to start throwing out these kickass conspiracies. (btw, next month's tokusatsu is going to be the awesome Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters From Beverly Hills and the month after is going to be the awesome El Chapulin Colorado, so says the great puppet master)

Now if you took a moment to step off your little soapbox and actually read my posts, you would see that I already answered your first question. The second varies, sometimes I ask the most active members in the threads to toss a show idea out and others I just end up basing it on shows I almost never see discussed around here. (and having been a member of HJU since it was less than two months old, I think I've got a good idea of what those shows are)
