Brian and Stewie are heading to hell for the Halloween special

[GhibliMornings]

The new trailer for the Hulu-exclusive *Family Guy* special, "Happy Hell-o-ween," just dropped, and it looks like Brian and Stewie's afterlife adventure is going to be wild. The special premieres on October 5 as part of Hulu's "Huluween" lineup. It starts with a bang when the duo gets hit by a car.

The afterlife is under new management

Looks like they have some spooky antics in store. Can't wait to see how they tackle it.

The premise of Brian and Stewie getting hit by a car feels like a retread of old gags that the show has done many times before. It's a classic Family Guy shock value moment, but I wonder if they'll bring anything fresh to the table this time, especially with the afterlife angle. The management twist could be interesting, but I hope it doesn't just end up being another scattershot of cutaway jokes.
