Ultraman would beat the crap out of Godzilla. He's way more mobile and he's used to handing giant bags of scales their asses anyway. Plus he's seen every trick in the book. He'd just have to be quick about it.

Now Ultraman vs. Jet Jaguar... THAT'S a fight.
