I am kind of excited, if only because Hikaru's actor has facial expressions. And Legend of Galaxy is still pretty cool.

Why is Hikaru the only one without a school uniform?

Hikaru is not a resident of the school district so he can't go to school with his friends. He is supposed to go back to England, but he chooses to stay in the village to continue fight evils and ditch school!

Turns out that the video only works when you're in Japan. Which I found out a month ago during my last visit.

I found out that on every Friday it's available when new episodes are uploaded to watch on iPhone or iPad before the new episodes comes next and take down the previous.
