Got Raven, Angel of Azeroth Ame-Comi statue today. It's really quite attractive.

As neat as those are, Glamador just doesn't care for any of them. He likes DC comics, he likes anime (sort of), and he likes statues in cool poses...but something about that line of statues is just...off.

The Huntress one looks okay.

I have several of them now (7-10-ish?) and the ones i have I quite like. I certainly agree there are some that are off-putting for one reason or another. I haven't gotten into the Bishoujo line yet, but I recently saw three of them in person, and I like them. I'd like to get some of them now, but in general I feel they're more sexualized for no reason than the Ame-Comi, so they'll probably be harder to sell to my wife.

Speaking of off-putting, Have you always talked in the third person, and I just haven't noticed until now?

Some people have not responded to it as kindly as on other boards Glamador visits. So he's toned it down significantly.

It's not the sexualized nature of them that's off-putting though, it's the faces. There's something not-right about the faces...
