Bought a used adventure, am I scammed with a POD copy?

Recently I've got the adventure Council of Spiders from a retailer that is stated to be the original (it was sealed), but I worry it might be a POD copy, and there're 2 reasons: 1) The content inside is printed in black and white (see the 1st photo). Other official adventures like The Slaying...

Even if you end up with a POD copy, it might not be the worst thing. Some POD versions still have decent layouts, and if it includes solid content, that's what really matters for gameplay. The only downside is if the physical quality feels cheap, which can take you out of the experience. Honestly, I think what really matters is how much you enjoy running the adventure.
