One thing to keep in mind is the low Japanese average birth rate - the number of people in the "children" age bracket declines as years pass by, as children grow up, and fewer children are born.

But another point to bear in mind is that new gen rider series are targeted at 2 audiences, children and women. Also, older tokusatsu was not aimed strictly at children, as series ran in prime time, for example the original Ultraman ran from 19:00~19:30 (7pm~7:30pm) on Sundays.

I find it hilarious that Hibiki 48 got the highest in the ratings out of all the
episodes. Maybe the viewers were like, "bring the damn Kabuto already!" LOL.

Anyways, Hibiki was still damn good. And now I'm in NEED to see Agito/Kuuga!

Im kind of surprised by some of the data. Kabuto movie did terrible even though it was pretty bad ass. Perhaps it needed better advertising. Look at all the high stuff Ryuki got! Start making more seasons like Ryuki!

Agito has the best ratings, Den-o so far are doing ok.

But RyuKenDo....crap?!...shouldn't it get canceled with such low ratings?

Added the Abaranger and Black RX, gonna hold off on Mebius until it's done.

I've also noticed that new ranger intro episodes tend to get lower ratings, weird.
