I kind of agree. 07 was okay, Cutie Honey the Live and Gekiranger were really enjoyable and some of my favourite series, but other stuff wasn't so great.
08 kind of died, Kiva seemed to just lose its **** quickly so it was too all over the place in every dimension. Go-On was a good children's series, but, other than hot actors/ actresses, it just didn't have the appeal to most people, because of the childishness. Jungle Fury... I don't like SS vs PR elitism, but it just didn't hold a candle to Gekiranger. It summed up Kalish well, and showed how completely stupid the company can be at budgeting. Rescue Force... Similar to Go-On, good just uninteresting, and with ugly designs.
09 feels alright again. Decade... Might not be that great in its storyline, but is a good entertaining celebration of the past few years. I'm liking Shinkenger for its character archetypes and genre-heavy semi-parody theme, but it's still a little light and keeping up with the tropes. KRDK was interesting at first, but too ambitious, without the acting and writing ability to follow through. RPM so far... It's a noble attempt, should be a good send off, but still too locked in.
