Toei's DVD Release Schedule For Older Series?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, and if it's not please move it to the appropriate place, but does anybody have a release schedule or know where I can find out which of Toei's 70's-90's era series have been, are being, or will be released?

I mean as far as I know most of the 80's Sentai and Zyuranger-Kakuranger from the 90's are not released. Most of Kamen Rider up to RX has been released and Gavan-Metalder from the Metal Heroes have been released. Other than that I really don't know where to find out WHEN Toei plans on releasing the ones that aren't out.

Can somebody help me out?

When it comes to older shows, it would be better to first ask "ARE they going to release it?" before you ask for "When".

Short of you actually contacting TOEI and asking them, best bet might be to check the online stores (CD Japan, YesAsia, etc.) to see if they have any of the stuff that you're looking for listed. Even if something isn't acutally out yet, if there are plans for it to be released, these sites will often have a "Coming Soon" and a "Pre-Order" type of deal going on, so you'd at least know that they were planning on getting them.

So this wouldn't be where HK subs come from, right? Sentai wise HK subs only go as far back as Gaoranger still, right?

It seems that Toei is being consistent and releasing a 90s series, then an 80s series. The schedule should be (this is a guess; I have no freakin idea what Toei's got planned): (1st mean first half of year and 2nd means second half of year)
Bioman (now) (2nd 2008)
Kakuranger (1st 2009)
Changeman (2nd 2009)
Dairanger (one I'm waiting for ) (1st 2010)
Flashman (2nd 2010)
Zyuranger (another one I'm waiting for, aka dying for it to come out) (1st 2011) (too damn long :bawling
Maskman (2nd 2011)
Fiveman (or a rerelease of Jetman; most likely Five) (1st 2012)
Liveman (2nd 2012), and finally
Turboranger (not the beloved fifth season of Power Rangers :laugh (1st 2013)

That's how I think the releases will work out. Whether they do or not is another story (Jetman shouldn't be out now, so who knows). I think you're well aware how the newer series will be released :thumbs:. As for other Toku, I have absoulutly, positively, no idea.

Everything I've seen for sale has been individual volumes.

Because Japan had no lovin' for Ohranger. So their only releasing the most popular than the least popular.
