Poppycock! Monsters are the most important staple of the tokusatsu medium!

Seriously, there's plenty of non-monster tokusatsu to be found: Battle in Outer Space (the Nataal-Seijin probably wouldn't count as monsters, but they are creepy!), The Last War, Whirlwind, Submersion of Japan, ESPY, Tokyo Bay Conflagration, and in superhero shows, Zubat.

haha, mine is titled Kamen Rider Eve (a friend suggested and I never knew there was an existing Kamen Rider Eve in a form of a manga).
I actually have two versions: Masked Rider Eve (where the cast is consisted of my friends) and Kamen Rider Eve (where I use real Japanese cast).
I'm still on a long hiatus with Kamen Rider Eve. :disappoin
