Is All Dragon going to sold whole separately? Or do you have to but all the Dragon forms to get the pieces?

What was speculated was that you have to have the all the Wizard Dragon figures to make All Dragon. No word yet if they'll release one with all the pieces. Maybe a Wonfes version of sorts.

And Black Condor. It's the only way I got Black Condor at a reasonable price.

I am hoping against hope that they somehow find ways to introduce the Sentai teams american audiences never got to see. Something along the lines of:

Dairanger is introduced as a series of drawings by a Power Rangers fan who tried to come up with costume designs that (they felt would) fit in with the first time the Rangers got new Zords.

Goranger through Jetman are introduced as big Hollywood movies that are "period pieces" to answer the question, "What if the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers were not the first Power Rangers team?" (although I would prefer it if Jetman was introduced as five Tenga Power Rangers).

And of course there are other possibilities, but it would certainly give Saban an excuse to show us these teams (and they probably would use this to sell more Ranger Keys, which could be a good thing in a way).

Yeah, but bluefin did announce that Tyranno and Dragon rangers will be released in the states, but without the "Powerful Rangers" accessories. Yeah, they really don't focus so much on the stereotype being displayed on the action figures. So, it really doesn't matter if you plan on buying the Japanese imported version or the American version, it's the same thing but without certain features.

Man, I was so disappointed with their decision to make fun of Power Rangers by giving them red, white, and blue belts and necks. They could have improved the joke so much by giving the red ranger the Tyranosaurus symbol on his chest and by making the green ranger's dragon shield look like a cheap foam knockoff.
