I think it's because Nao is terrified of beetles, while Yayoi thinks they're cute.

It's actually an infamous Yaranaika-related meme. Uva is protraying the infamous Mr. Abe, a burly muscular gay man in a mechanic's jump suit. Where Nao and Yayoi are is supposed to be the person, the main character of Kuso Miso Technique, that falls in love with Mr. Abe.
