The Food Thread!

Had a hankering for some Korean food, so that's exactly what I made

From left to right we have:
Chicken Dakgalbi, chicken marinated in a spicy sauce.
Hobak Jun, egg fried zucchini, threw in some egg plant too, to see how it'll turn out.
And some stir-fried Bulgogi.
 
Nice.


Everything on that show makes my mouth water.


Yeah, but almost always it's the same type of food that Guy tries. It's either burgers, hash browns pancakes. It gets a little monotonous, hence I stopped watching. But I think his cooking show is great.
 
Unless Guy takes off those rings, I would NEVER eat anything he makes. Rings can cause bacteria to get into the food. I mean -- I like rings and jewelry and stuff, but I'd at least take the rings off in the kitchen.
 
Guy is down to earth... Compare him with Ina Garten and I feel more closer to guy... Don't get me wrong, Ina is very good with her craft, but her stuff is more for the well off people.
 
5 minute Mug Brownies...

Ingredients

A large coffee mug
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
A splash of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)


Directions

Combine dry ingredients in mug
Add the egg and stir together
Pour in milk and oil and mix together
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract and mix together
Microwave for 3 minutes
Allow to cool for 2 minutes, tip out onto plate
Add vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
