maybe it's still Ok make customization as long not sell them :sweat:

by the way it's not toei who made SIC it's bandai and their sculpt team.

Ah! But its toei that controlls bandia :laugh: Or at least they may as well... WIth out shinken & KR what else would they have to make $$$ from :laugh:

That's really a shame. I feel some of Ken's stuff sells for way more than it's worth most of the time, but to have to pay attorney's fees over selling a custom is ridiculous. Especially since it wasn't mass-produced, though I feel they've probably been watching Ken make these sales for quite some time. While he isn't mass producing any one custom for profit, he tends to release one or two customs a month of a character he doesn't own the rights to and makes substantial profit each time.

If Toei's laying down the hammer, that might explain the extraordinary absence of SIC customs for sale over the last few months.

For the record: I thought that Utopia Dopant was one of his best customs. Lost that auction by $500.

all they really had to do is send him a letter saying hey stop doing that
