It's always awesome to see the actual actress/actors in their respective suits.

This makes me respect the fact that we rarely see helmetless scenes. With the exception of Go-onger. Because when you do it's a bigger surprise and isn't overdone.

Outside of the transformations, we never helmetless scenes for Shinkenger or Goseiger.

According to tradition , Toei makes the actual actors to portray their suited counterparts for some fighting scenes on the last season episodes. That may include actual location scenes, or the last mecha fights in the cockpit scenes. The only helmetless scenes (not counting henshin) in sentai before go-ranger were, I think:

Battle Fever J - in one of the first episodes, they put on their uniforms, sans their helmet gear.
Jetman - Red in last episode, althought very very brief, where he lies on the beach.
Dairanger - Pink in the music video on episode 33
Carranger - Where they lose their powers in episode 46/47, and a goodbye scene in the end of the last episode's credits.
Megaranger - Last episode's graduation ceremony scene
Go Go Five - Pink in the music video on episode 45, and the visior scenes. (not really count)
Timeranger - last scenes of the last episode commenting on Super sentia history.
Hurricanger - Last epsiode scenes after their final victory
Magiranger - Last episode

Its funny thought that in the final episodes, the girl heroes seem more smaller in stature when in suit, being really shorter than usual, and the heroes in general. That also accored for other Toei heroes, including the Metal heroes gerne.
