I haven't been following what's happening on regarding on news about the movie. A while ago I came across some random Youtube video claiming the SHTZ will feature Kabuto with the original Tendou coming back and reprising his role. Of course Mizushima hasn't acted for 3 years so I thought it was bull and just a troll video. But now it's actually announced that he's coming back to act in “Kuroshitsuji†(Black Butler), which just makes me think again. What do you think is it just coincidence or is there some connection in this?

I doubt it. In the article It's mentioned that it took a little convincing to get Hiro, so I doubt he is going to come back.
I actully think they is a big chance of Tetsuo Kurata returning again, due to the 25 anniversary of a certain show

Mizushima did send a message for that toku hero campaign after the earthquake though. So, it's not like he's burying his past or something. I don't think he's likely to return either though.

Anyway, I'd take a suit-only Kabuto voiced by the guy who does his voices in the current Rider games, it's one of the best replacement voices they've got.

The replacement voice for Hibiki in the Climax Heroes game is pretty convincing as well. They should get him for movies in the future.

I'd love it if Hiro came back, at least it'll be the first time a main Pre-Decade Heisei Rider came back to reprise their role in many, many years (Not counting Kiva and Blade's appearance in Decade or Agito and Momotaros's cameos in the movies), and should it be a main role, then I'd be willing to wipe off some of the remarks I've made about them getting lazy at getting actors back.

Well, my preference has always been Kuuga-Kabuto. Those are the shows I can dare say had really original ideas, and all had potential to be great success, while some did and some didn't, I liked it all.

Of course this is just my opinion.
