Super Hero Taisen Z

It fills me with sadness to see everyone assume the heroes will try to kill each other again.

It will fill me with more sorrow and despair to see it actually happen in the movie.

You do realize "you know who" is head producer of this movie again, right?

He always loves that type of **** :redface2:

So I wonder if they're going to address that they made Gavan single handedly more powerful than the entire Gokaiger team.

Or if they're just going to dump the lame newbie on us.

I'm hoping Kamen Rider W actually has some sort of role in the movie other than being a background character. I think that W is popular enough to get, at the very least, a speaking role. I mean, I would like for W to actually have a fight scene where he works with the other heroes individually. Not all the heroes, just some

Of course theyre going to use Gavan Type G, since in Gavan the Movie Retsu has already passed the torch to Geki.

It depends how busy both of the actors are. Both of them have done lots of dtuff since Double ended. They pop back when they can (the latest Climax Heroes features the voice of Shotaro's actor) but if they're too busy to fit in an ADR session or two, they won't get included.
Why would you assume that W is that popular?
He was a cameo even in his own spin-off movies.
The spin-off movies only got made because Double did better than expected in DVD sales. So yes, it is fair to call it popular. Why did the spin-offs focus on other characters? Because the spin-offs were aimed more at the peripheral audience (i.e. fanboys) who wanted to see more of that kind of thing.

New Gavan was the one in the teaser. So, he'll be in. Classic Gavan is the one who's an unknown at this point. This is a Shirakura movie though, so even if they don't get his actor back it's pretty likely we'll see Classic Gavan's suit in the movie just for a bullet point.

Either way, the idea of consistent power levels is silly. Gokaiger itself had Gokaired > All other Gokaiger put together in the Basco final battle, only to place blue and yellow around his level in other episodes, or even GokaiSilver Gold Mode above every other Gokaiger in separate occasions.

W HAD a scene recorded for the first Super Hero Taisen, it was even advertised in magazines before the movie's debut. It was just cut from the final movie and then they didn't make a DC version due to the director being too busy (Gavan movie immediately afterwards and then this SHT Z), so we never got to see it.

Well, that's understandable. I just wish that maybe that scene will be put in the bonus features for the DVD or something. As you can tell, my favorite Rider is W. I know that Renn Kiriyama and Masaki Suda have been busy since W ended, but they seem to enjoy the roles from their appearances in Movie War Megamax.
