I really wanted to enjoy the movie more then I did. The concept, story, realities were great, but for one I didn't think the others would suffer those fates.

Two, waay too much slow motion and half the fight scenes were a mix of bullshit and "Girl PoWER!" I thought the fights would be better.

The message was good though, and the effects were amazing.

Wish the action was a middle-end thing instead of dance to imagination transitions.

Bolt I still liked it..

But it didn't quite exceed my expectations, which pissed me off because I hyped this up like crazy. So Bolt you got it.

My only true dissapointment? My sexy wife Amber got murdered.

Sucker Punch was a waste of time and monney, if i could of got my money back i would of. The movie was so jumpy and badly written on top of that the special effect were terribly overdone. The only redeeming part of the movie was Blue the bar owner and the overdone fanservice.

P.S. None of the girls ever dance which I thought was :disappoin

Saw it last night on IMAX, and even with all the haters out there, all I can say is that it brought what was always presented before it showed... Girls, action, explosion, samurai, zombies, knights, dragons, robots, etc. Nobody said the story would be epic, but it did deliver when it came to the music and the visual effects, which was the main selling point in the very beginning. You can all hate this movie, but people still enjoyed it for what it was.

I read in a Zack Snyder interview that Sucker Punch is heavily influenced by the comic magazine Heavy Metal. It makes sense when you see the stylish violence Snyder put in the movie, although he avoided any sexuality from the comic.

I'm not a Hater just that this movie could have been a lot better had it been coherent and that Zack Snyder should just stick to adapting comics to movies as opposed to just creating his own flick.

I knew from the first teaser that it would blow hot air like a geyser but everybody seemed to be under the impression that just because you have a lot of cool individual elements it means the composite is automatically going to be awesome. I see through these treacherous big-budget illusions.

You're missing the point, fans of the movie love it for what it is, those very same elements you are talking about, meaning it is cool for them. And as you know, cool is a very relative term. You might not like it, and I respect that, but there are still a lot of people who likes it too, who doesn't think it "blew hot air like a geyser".

Yeah, people who loved the movie knew that with all of those elements combined in one movie, it wasn't really going to make perfect sense. So it's funny for people to really expect the movie to be more than what it was, since it is what it already is.
