showdown of the toku writers

here is my new poll; who among those toku writers do you like the most; (since I'm a sentai fan, all those writers were head writers for at least one sentai series); here is a list with some of their work as head writers

I voted for Shouji Yonemura.

 

[Aoi Kurenai]

I voted for Hirohisa Soda. The guy's been responsible for such a long run of really great shows, and even his lesser works like Fiveman are still better than a lot of other things out there. I also voted for Noboru Sugimura. Dairanger, Kakuranger, and the first two Rescue Police shows are some of my all time favorite tokusatsu and have a lot of great plot twists that always kept the shows interesting.

I voted for Shouji Yonemura.

Shozo Uehara is the most important writer of tokusatsu. He was involved with the origins for the four great franchises (Ultraman, Sentai, Metal Hero and Kamen Rider), always with a consistent work.

4. Kunio Fujii (very underrated, unfortunatelly)

I have to say I'm surprised that Arakawa is in the lead, considering the way people around these parts turn on his shows. "Kuuga is too boring!"/"Abaranger and Dekaranger are too stupid!"/"Gokaiger is a waste!"

4. Kunio Fujii (very underrated, unfortunatelly)

I've often wondered why he was never made main writer of a show. He can do really good, dramatic stuff (usually involving romance).
