she's supposed to be Ryoutaro. Wataru had more straight-down brown hair.

I've gotta admit, that's kinda hard to tell since the hair is more Yusuke Godai, and the the muffler is out of place since Ryotaro wore it while wearing fall/winter attire, so summer clothes don't go with it too well

Admittingly, yes. To be fair, she's not exactly nitpick about her cosplay like lot of us in group are. But It was more or less a trial run since some of us were missing the essentials anyways.

If you look carefully she's wearing the Den-O belt, so I had no trouble. Also, everyone else in the picture is obviously from Den-O, so my brain went there naturally. I can see how it'd be confusing though, on a second look...
