Should fans have a say in how they want Power Rangers?

This question has been occuring to me for a while. Do you want fans (young and old) to have a say in how Power Rangers should be done?

Fans can almost never agree in mass, Half of them would want "Once a Ranger" every time someone appears, and half would want Super Sentai to be followed more closely, but with "More Adult Tones".
This is based upon the fans in my local area.

I think it's cool that they go to Rangerboard and HJU and pick-and-choose what they wanna do, but fans should not be able to pick what they want to be in a new season.

I just think PR needs to be put in more capable hands, and perhaps "mass opinion" should be taken into consideration, but the fastest way to screw something up is to put it in to too many people's hands.
