Shougeki Gouraigan Ep 6. "Beautiful Nature"

Not a bad episode! Some plot-related stuff at the end. I mainly liked how ridiculous all the sushi stuff was. Them trying to make sushi... priceless.
Not a fan of the breaking-the-fourth-wall stuff, though I liked it when the sign popped up around the doubles telling us they were fakes and the fake Gou crushed his. Those fakes were hilarious. Especially Rai vs Gan.
Gan is still my favourite character. And our insight into Gou's past and the relation to Jin was interesting, if not predictable because this is Toshiki Inoue and there has to be a love story. And Jin is Gai Yuki haha. This reminds me Den-O meets Jetman right now.
Series is so overblown, I love it. :buttrock:

glad they didn't let the "find out what is this thing you call sushi" nonsense get in the way of the plot and they actually handled it pretty well. I'm also guessing that the love triangle between Gou, Rin and Jin was what caused Jin to turn into a Kageribito? very eager to find out more in the next episode. :anime:
PS: wow, can't believe it's already mid-series...

13 Episodes, right.
Dammit Inoue, this triangle love is just too familiar...
Anyway, when Fake Gan talking, is it still Shouma Yamamoto voicing him?

So I was searching for this episode online, and I typed in "Zettai Seigi" instead of "Shougeki Gouraigan".
Damned Gan got to my head.

After 5 episodes of Inoue experimenting with humor and light-heartedness.........he managed to sneak back in one of his signature drama tropes, the Love Triangle.
Flashbacks of Jetman's love triangle of Ryu, Kaori and Gai immediately returned back into my eyes when I saw this scene happening in this episode. Funny enough, Gai's actor is also involved in this love triangle also

^ and then Gou will find a Second Love like what Ryu did. though at this point, we're still not sure if it's going to be Hitomi or Shou. then again, we dunno if Rin's dead or just mysteriously disappeared either.

Only thing I could think about this whole episode. "Tachibana Akiko" was not born in '93. Definitely not born in '93.
