Actually, that isn't true. She had the protective Silent Wall as seen in Sailor Stars.

He said "not to protect comrades".
He was trying to say she didn't have an attack to kill an enemy that didn't do damage to her.



& To whomever, I didn't get her as Emo neither..
Emo wasn't a word like that back when SailorMoon was airing anyway..

She did in the Sega Saturn game... Although I don't know why they never gave her one properly, would it really cost that much? The Outer Senshi didn't even get one in Stars.

The outers just got a little shafted in general.

I agree. The Outers did get shafted... Maybe it's because the people in charge of the anime wanted to focus on the core group. Who knows?
